Your installation
Owner credentials, sessions, exchange credentials and portfolio records stay on your host in an encrypted database. Rebalio connects directly to your exchanges and uses essential local session cookies. No Rebalio cloud account is required. You control access, backups and deletion. If you connect an external agent, information returned by its tools is shared with that provider under its policies.
Website and email
Our website hosting providers may process IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. We do not add marketing analytics or advertising tracking, and we do not sell personal information. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you include. Do not send passwords, exchange secrets or encryption keys.
Retention
We retain email and operational information only as needed to respond, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Hosting and email providers may process it internationally.
